First Annual Canadian Program on Getting Ahead of the eDiscovery Curve- Registration Now Open

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR THE FIRST ANNUAL SEDONA CANADA PROGRAM ON GETTING AHEAD OF THE eDISCOVERY CURVE: THURSDAY-FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23-24, 2008!

Registration is now open for the first annual Canadian program on "Getting Ahead of the eDiscovery Curve", to be held Thursday and Friday, October 23-24, 2008, at the The Boulevard Club in Toronto, ON. Registration is strictly limited to 125 persons, on a first-come, first-served basis. The first two annual U.S. versions of this program were sold out, with a long wait-list, so the time to register for the first Canadian program is now!

This program is a rare opportunity to gain valuable insight into best practices for eDiscovery and practical strategies to meet judicial expectations while reducing costs. This important program, which will include topics such as The Sedona Canada Principles Addressing Electronic Discovery, the management of electronic information, judicial advice on cost-shifting and sanctions, legal holds, and cooperation with opposing counsel on common eDiscovery issues, will be presented by members of The Sedona Conference® Sedona Canada Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production: the non-profit law and policy think tank that developed The Sedona Canada Principles Addressing Electronic Discovery.

Registration for this program is $995, with a $100 discount for members of Working Groups 1, 6, and 7. In order to receive this discount, if you qualify, please indicate "Working Group [1, 6, or 7] Member Discount" on your registration form before you fax it in.
