The Sedona Canada workging group is proud to announce that the Canadian e-Discovery Portal is now online! Thanks to LexUM, and more particularly to Frédéric Pelletier and David Paré, who is hosting and managing the site.
I intend to shortly translate the site and populate it with new information. In the mean time, I invite you to take a look at it and send me your comments and ideas.
You also have until August 31st, 2007 to fill the comment form regarding the first draft of the Sedona Canada Principles. Voici le lien vers les Principes de Sedona Canada en français.
By the way, here are two recent articles in the Law times regarding the Sedona Canada Principles:
1) Keeping costs under control
2) Best practices for the whole country
