Martin Felsky, pratiquement absent de son blog dernièrement, nous rapporte les propos de Daniel Poulin relativement à l'adoption de la citation neutre par la cour d'appel d'Ontario. Il semble qu'il ne manque plus que sa cour Supérieure...
Félicitations à tous ceux qui ont travaillé fort sur ce projet, tant au sein du Conseil Canadien de la Magistrature qu'en silence dans leur bureau ou à l'université.

Don't despair! They will care one day... In fact, if I look at the number of hits per day WIM and Slaw get everyday, I would say, don't judge a blawg by
its comments... I think public posting is not a natural reflex for many people/lawyers. However, I receive emails daily that comment my posts or ask me
to discuss some issues. People will jump in one day!
